El primer volumen es una simple introducción de la trama， quienes son los personajes principales， algunos antagonistas。Ya leí toda la colección， creo que está muy buena la primera mitad de la obra tiene misterio， acción， suspenso， y todo se va resolviendo bastante rápido。 A la segunda mitad ya no hay mucho misterio y algunas cosas se llegan a contradecir o la situaciones no son tan interesantes como esperaba， se ve que hay cambios de dirección en la historia como de último minuto y me hace perde El primer volumen es una simple introducción de la trama， quienes son los personajes principales， algunos antagonistas。Ya leí toda la colección， creo que está muy buena la primera mitad de la obra tiene misterio， acción， suspenso， y todo se va resolviendo bastante rápido。 A la segunda mitad ya no hay mucho misterio y algunas cosas se llegan a contradecir o la situaciones no son tan interesantes como esperaba， se ve que hay cambios de dirección en la historia como de último minuto y me hace perder interes en algunos personajes， me parece incluso que la inclusión de unos personajes no aportaron mucho a la trama， no fueron terribles pero no fueron tan buenos tampoco y algunas dudas nunca se resuelven。 Estos detalles no son llegan a ser tan graves igual la serie se disfruta bien pero digamos que a la mitad de la serie el misterio está resuelto y la segunda mitad es detener a los antagonistas。 。。。more

This was the first manga I've ever read， and overall it was pretty good for a first。 I'd heard of the TV series before but I never really cared to check it out。 After reading the first book I might just have to check out the TV series。 The first book follows two brothers who lost parts of their bodies when they tried to bring their mother back from the dead using alchemy。 They essentially traveled around in search of "the philosophers stone" which they could use to get their bodies back。 Durin This was the first manga I've ever read， and overall it was pretty good for a first。 I'd heard of the TV series before but I never really cared to check it out。 After reading the first book I might just have to check out the TV series。 The first book follows two brothers who lost parts of their bodies when they tried to bring their mother back from the dead using alchemy。 They essentially traveled around in search of "the philosophers stone" which they could use to get their bodies back。 During their travels they met and saved all sorts of people。 I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who enjoys manga， anime， or graphic novels in general。 Overall I would rate it 5/5 based on the plot and the art。 。。。more

I really enjoyed this book， not just for the action， but for the story。 I think the motivation of our main character is very relatable。 Not the part about how his brothers soul is trapped in a suit of armor， but the part about how he is in a state of denial。 How he is really trying to find a way to get his brother， even though realistically， it may never happen。 He has lost everything， and the last thing that he does have， has already been half lost。 This is a story about a desperate brother try I really enjoyed this book， not just for the action， but for the story。 I think the motivation of our main character is very relatable。 Not the part about how his brothers soul is trapped in a suit of armor， but the part about how he is in a state of denial。 How he is really trying to find a way to get his brother， even though realistically， it may never happen。 He has lost everything， and the last thing that he does have， has already been half lost。 This is a story about a desperate brother trying in every way possible to get the only thing he has left， his brother。 I enjoyed this book for its creative action sequences and shallow story at first， but when you get farther in， It gets deeper and more depressing。 。。。more

I just finished binging Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the first time and needed more， so I thought I'd read the source material。 I didn't know this was possible， but Edward Elric is even more feral and unhinged in the manga than on the show。 And I love it。 I also loved getting to read two stories that didn't make it into FMAB。 I cant wait to continue and experience this story again in a whole new way！ I just finished binging Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the first time and needed more， so I thought I'd read the source material。 I didn't know this was possible， but Edward Elric is even more feral and unhinged in the manga than on the show。 And I love it。 I also loved getting to read two stories that didn't make it into FMAB。 I cant wait to continue and experience this story again in a whole new way！ 。。。more
